Lunch and Dinner 4/21
Lunch:
Egg salad sandwich on Ezekiel bread
Salad topped with raisins and sunflower seeds with balsamic vinegar dressing
Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast
Salad
Corn on the cob
After dinner snack:
1/2 c. granola with 1/2 of a banana
Breakfast, 4/21, 6:30am
1/2 c. oatmeal, cooked with water
1/2 c. mixed berries
1/2 of a banana
1 Tbs. slivered almonds
1 Tbs. flaxseed
1 Tbs. wheat germ
Next up:
Chocolate Shakeology for my mid-morning snack blended with ice and water.
