1/2 c. oatmeal, cooked with water
1/2 c. mixed berries
1/2 of a banana
1 Tbs. slivered almonds
1 Tbs. flaxseed
1 Tbs. wheat germ
Next up:
Chocolate Shakeology for my mid-morning snack blended with ice and water.
