I finally did it. I have committed to start running again. After training for and running my marathon last February, I have been totally turned off of running. This week I've decided that if I want to lose those 15 pounds that seemed to have crept back on this year, I need to get back into running. Nothing major yet. Definitely no more marathons in my future, but I just need to do more than I'm doing. My body is conditioned and becoming too used to TK. Running is my solution. Good luck to me, eh?
