Looking back at old posts, I read that I feel totally worn out when I've taught 5 classes a week in the past. Well, the past two weeks have been 7 classes per week weeks. Is that good or bad? Well, I guess a little of both. I get completely worn out, but it's good at the same time. I've been loving the subbing opportunities that I've been getting at 24. I've taught TK (they call it TKB at 24) and I've also subbed a little HHH. The members are great and they seem to really like my classes.
The next two months are going to be busy with more training. I'm going to be going through the Resistance Training course with 24 to be able to teach weight training based classes there. Additionally, I'm going to hopefully be getting certified to teach Spinning through Mad Dogg at MVAC. Since our club is hosting the training, my manager has said that if we get enough people to sign up for the training, we get to send one instructor for free. She has totally offered that to me! What an incredible experience. With all of this training, I will be able to teach at 24 and MVAC. I'll be certified in resistance, TK, HHH, and Spin. I'm sure I'll be looking back at this post and laughing that I thought 7 was a lot. Maybe I'll have weeks where I'll be teaching even more.
