6 weeks to lose!

In just over 6 weeks time, I will be getting something that I've wanted for a long time....big boobs. I'm super stoked to finally be getting the surgery that I literally have wanted since high school. On this quest to get my body looking the way I want it to, I would also LOVE to lose 20 pounds. Now I don't expect to lose 20 in 6 weeks, but I would love if I could lose a little of that. I need to be a little more mindful of what goes into my mouth and make sure I get my workouts in. I'm not going to be able to work out for a while after surgery, so I need to make the most of these next 6 weeks!

Getting Healthy

I originally created this blog to journal my thoughts, challenges, and victories through marathon training. Well, since I successfully finished my marathon, I think I'm going to turn the focus to being healthy. I love working out, and I don't feel like that is my challenge at the moment. I need to get my eating habits in check. I need to make lifestyle changes that will stay with me forever. Drinking lots of water is definitely something I want to do more of. Lose weight is another thing I need to do. I am so sick of being stuck at 150, I could scream. So, here's another kickstart to my goals. I need to stick with it and conquer this goal, just like I conquered my marathon goal. I CAN DO IT!
