I have been slacking off a little this weekend. On Friday, I woke up with a really bad stomach cramp. I don't know if it was something I ate, or what, so I decided to take the weekend off. It seems like I've been pushing it a little too much. I'm either running a few miles on the treadmill, or teaching a Turbo Kick class, or doing or teaching aerobics at church. So I was okay with taking a little break! I'm going to start back tomorrow with 45 mintues on the treadmill.
