The dirty truth is that if you're not keeping track of what you're eating, you're most likely OVER EATING! That's how it is for me, at least.
Today's a different day. I've got my cheap, 30 cent notebook, and I've committed to start writing down EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. If I don't, I make excuses to eat anything I want and I don't want to live that way.
When I eat clean, I feel great. When I don't, I feel like crap! It's a simple equation, really. I have to favorite quotes when it comes to eating:
"If you want the last 20 yrs of your life to be a living hell, keep eating crap." ~ Tony Horton, 2010 Beachbody Summit
"Everything you put in your mouth shapes what you look like." ~Tosca Reno, Eat Clean Diet Cookbook
Today is a new day. I'm going to plan my week of healthy, clean eating meals and commit to YOU and MYSELF that I'm going to DO MORE for myself this week.

Make a commitment to post your food diary online, that will give you some motivation to keep it real and really eat healthy. Making public statements and then sticking with them is a huge motivator. Keep up the good work. What happened to the weekly videos, I enjoyed them.
I know, I know...I'm working on it. This time, for sure! More video's are a comin'! Thanks for keeping up with me!
Love your blog Amy. I really feel better eating clean too but the bad stuff taste oh so good :) I started one a little while ago too. It helps to keep me accountable. It is mostly my favorite recipes now but eventually I hope to give advice on working out and healthy tips. Check it out if you get the chance.

Lisa, I love it! I can't wait to steal some of those recipes! You and I are SO much alike! You need to become a personal trainer or something. You never told me how that thing with Chalene went. Email me!
