Zumba and Cheerleaders. Not at the same time...

So I taught my first Zumba class this past week. It went alright, I messed up a couple of times, but nothing major. It's going to be a fun one to teach, especially once I get more comfortable with it. The people that come to that class are awesome, so I know it'll be a great time slot to have. Apparently at the gym, Zumba is one of their most popular classes, so the owner wants to add more of those classes. Starting in November, I'm going to have a different schedule, teaching 3-4 classes.
Things at 24 are looking up a bit too. It looks like I might be getting the opportunity to have a couple of my own permanent classes. More on that later.
So through one of my connections at the gym I've gotten the opportunity to teach the local Paloma cheerleaders a dance that they'll be performing at their football game in two weeks. I'll get some video footage of all the action and post that later. I'm going to practice today to teach them some pretty awesome moves. I'm super excited...brings me back to my cheerleader days. I'll have to snag one of my old pictures and post it. Just need to find a scanner.
